How to Use Nepali Unicode on Android and iOS Smartphones

Typing messages in Nepali on mobile phones has become incredibly easy due to modern keyboard applications supporting Unicode natively. Here is the easiest way to configure them.

Using Google Gboard (Android & iPhone)

1. Download and install **Gboard** from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the keyboard, tap the settings gear icon, and select Languages.
3. Click Add Keyboard and search for "Nepali".
4. Choose between Romanized, Devanagari, or handwriting layouts.

Toggle languages on Gboard by holding down the spacebar key.
